On cloud nine: Feeling wonderful. When someone receives an
unexpected award or reward he/she feel s wonderful and the happiness is
reflected in their behaviour. The concerned person is said to be ‘on cloud
nine’.
Like a Dog with twin tails: A person who is very excited –

situation
Happy Camper: One who is
fully satisfied and contented in life.
